I finished putting all 25 squares together for the blue and 4 patch strip nursing home quilt. Now I'm going to do one with reds and pinks. These were my three fabric choices. I'm going with the one on the bottom. I really liked the swimming ladies, but think I may use that for a backing fabric. The other one was too busy.
Felt good to get a few hours of sewing in over the weekend. These blocks make up quickly once the pieces are cut. And honestly, as much as I dislike ironing, the pressing on these isn't bad either.
